With this contract, the company ALXYON srl offers the goods and services chosen by the customer in the order form, to be considered an integral part of the contract.
The contract stipulated between ALXYON srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by ALXYON srl.
The Customer declares that he has not included false data in the order form and declares that the data entered corresponds to his real personal data. ALXYON SRL reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the appropriate offices. The obligations assumed by the Customer in this article as well as the guarantee of the good payment made by the Customer, are essential for ALXYON SRL, which reserves the right, in case of non-fulfillment of one of the aforementioned obligations, to terminate the contract, subject to any right to compensation for damages.
Registration to alxyon website
The registration to alxyon website is not mandatory. It is possible to consult the product catalog and the articles on the Site but it will not be possible to place an order without being registered.
In the registration phase, the Customer must provide a few personal data, necessary for the management of his orders online, and indicate an e-mail address and a password that will allow him to access the shopping cart to make purchases on the Site, with maximum confidentiality and tranquility .
After registration, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail, following which he will be able to access the Site's cart by logging in by entering the e-mail address and password indicated in the registration form. Registration must be made only the first time, then the Customer can access his cart using the same login data. We therefore invite you to write down your e-mail address and password.
The technical information included in the Site, are derived from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. ALXYON SRL, therefore, reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog available on the Site at the time of placing the order, and in the quantities present in the warehouse. The availability of the product can be viewed by entering the product description or the cart. If the quantity of the product ordered exceeds the quantity present in the warehouse, it will be shown that the quantity is not available, giving the customer the possibility to change quantities or forward the order. In the latter case the customer will be contacted by ALXYON staff who will communicate the waiting times for the supply of the product. The change in the quantity of products in stock takes place in real time only at the time the order is concluded, so it is always advisable to check the actual availability of the product before placing the order.
Products on order
In the case of purchase of products that can be purchased on order, at the time of ordering, at least, a deposit equal to a value varying between 40% and 50% of the product itself must be paid, if not the full amount. Once the purchase has been confirmed and the amount paid, the delivery times may vary depending on the time of fulfillment by the supplier.
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase of a product purchased on reservation or, likewise, cancel the order after having already confirmed and paid to the supplier, the amount of the deposit paid will be deducted from the value of the reimbursement.
Prices in the catalog
All prices entered on the Site, in the relevant column of the catalog, are to be understood as prices including VAT and will not be applied to purchases made at our physical store. The company ALXYON srl reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time, however the prices invoiced are those in force at the time of order. In the event of discrepancy between the rate indicated and in force at the time of the Customer's order, due to a typo, edition or calculation on the Website, the tariff in force will prevail. However, the Customer can cancel his order by reporting the problem to us.
Method of Purchase
The Customer can only purchase the products in the electronic catalog of the Site at the time of placing the order. The fastest way to make an order is via the internet (on-line), by accessing your shopping cart through the data (e-mail and password) of registration on the Site.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ALXYON through a message sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. The confirmation message will include a Customer Order Number, to be used in all subsequent communications with ALXYON, and will re-propose all data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections to the contacts reported in its registration form or on the e-mail confirmation itself.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, ALXYON guarantees timely communication to the Customer by e-mail or by telephone.
In case of purchase of products to order (not available ie in stock but can be booked on request) it will be necessary to pay an advance of 40% of the value of the item, an advance that could be retained by ALXYON in the event that the customer decides to withdraw from the purchase after that item has already been ordered and paid to the supplier.
If the ordered products are not available after the Customer's order, ALXYON will send an e-mail to the Customer to inform them of the unavailability of the product and propose to cancel or change its order.
In addition to buying via the Internet, there is no other way to order catalog references.
Terms of payment
Important: for all forms of pre-payment, before making the payment, wait for the e-mail confirming availability of the goods ordered, or inquire about availability, through the Customer Service (see below the contact details).
ALXYON, for deliveries made in Italy, accepts the following forms of payment:

By choosing the payment method with Credit Card - STRIPE gateway, by clicking on "Confirm Order" you will be directed to the secure server, where you can make the payment in absolute tranquility and without the slightest risk that someone is in possession of your data. Your credit card details will not be shown and can not be viewed by ALXYON Staff, who will receive a simple e-mail confirming the transaction and nothing more from the credit card issuer / deito. At the end of the operation you will be re-inderified on the ALXYON website and you will be notified if the purchase procedure has been successful.
Simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution will authorize the sole commitment of the amount relative to the purchase made. The amount of the orders received, even partially, will actually be charged to the Customer's credit card only upon communication to ALXYON, by the courier, of the material delivery of the goods ordered.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and by ALXYON, the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount involved will be requested at the same time by ALXYON. The timing of release, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (24th day from the authorization date). Once the transaction has been canceled, under no circumstances can ALXYON be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the delay in the non-release of the amount committed by the banking system.
In the event that the customer's order is processed beyond the 23rd day from the date of submission, ALXYON will in any case charge the customer's credit card for the amount of his own right, even if in advance of the material delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the 24-day authorization of the transaction.
ALXYON reserves the right to request the Client to send a copy of identity documents proving the ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, ALXYON reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase process, ALXYON may become aware of the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank managing the transaction. No ALXYON computer archive will keep this data.

By choosing this payment method, by clicking on "Confirm Order" you will be redirected to the secure PayPal server, where you can make the payment in absolute tranquility using a credit card or directly your PayPal account if you have one, and without the slightest risk someone gets hold of your data. At the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount related to the purchase made. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of the same by ALXYON, together with the cancellation, the amount related to the canceled goods will be credited back to the Customer's Paypal account with the exception of costs transaction that will be retained by the PayPal system. The timing of re-credit on the chosen payment instrument within the Paypal account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system concerned.
ALXYON reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (for example, a landline number or a copy of identity documents) to determine the actual ownership of the PayPal account. In the absence of the required documentation, ALXYON reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase process ALXYON is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card or other methods chosen within the PayPal wallet and transmitted via a secure connection directly to the PayPal site that manages the transaction. No ALXYON computer archive will keep this data. In no case can ALXYON be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on ALXYON.
- Wire transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the amount ordered by the Customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of payment, to be sent to the e-mail email@example.com no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The sending of the order will only take place when the actual receipt of the sum to ALXYON which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, exceeded this deadline, the order will be deemed automatically canceled.
The data on the bank transfer must include:

Acceptance and order fulfillment
ALXYON reserves the right to accept only orders from subjects in possession of the Fiscal Code and / or VAT number (or an equivalent data if not resident in Italy) and who have reached the age of majority.
ALXYON reserves the right to refuse the order even in the following cases: - shipments to Post Office Boxes; - provision of non-real or incorrect personal data; - previous breach of any kind with regard to ALXYON; - inclusion in the list of protests; - subjecting to insolvency proceedings; - lack of availability of the goods, for whatever reason, in their own warehouses or suppliers; - in any other case of incompatibility with the economic interests and company policies of ALXYON.
ALXYON provides, after verification of payment by the customer, to the order processing from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 16.00
Goods collection at the ALXYON office
For customers who want to make the online purchase of products and their collection at our office, this will be possible only for orders of amount starting from € 19.00 and agreeing on the date for the collection of goods.
Shipping and delivery of products
The costs of packaging and shipping are charged to the customer, except for special promotions implemented on the Site. During the online order process, the software will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight of the goods ordered, at the Country and area of belonging, the payment method and the type of shipping selected. The customer then has the opportunity to know immediately the cost of shipping and decide whether or not to confirm the order.
ALXYON reserves two working days to carry out all the operations of finding goods, packaging and necessary administrative procedures. After these two days the time taken by the courier for delivery must be added, the latter vary depending on the courier that will be used and the place of delivery. ALXYON undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Customer by courier, at the address specified by the same during registration of order data. No responsibility can be attributed to ALXYON in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, will take place exclusively on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after receipt of payment of the order
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages (number of packages) delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document in advance by e-mail;
- that the package is intact, undamaged, not tampered with, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape and straps). Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier of the courier making the delivery, failing these, the goods will be considered delivered correctly, in fact once signed the courier, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered .
- that the package is accompanied by a transport document with an attached receipt or invoice; these documents are placed in a transparent envelope attached to the outside of the package containing the goods, in case of failure to receive proof of purchase, the customer must report within 48 hours of receipt of the package upon loss of the right to warranty assistance in case of malfunctioning products; after this period it will be possible to request a copy of the proof of purchase only if an invoice has been issued
How to behave in case of damage due to transport:
If there is evident damage to the packaging when the goods are unloaded:
- express a reservation; or the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write in the appropriate space, "I accept with reserve right", describing in writing in detail the nature of the damage found, after opening the package in the presence of the courier carrier;
- reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.

Release of the accompanying invoice
For all orders placed on the Website www.alxyon.com, ALXYON srl issues the transport document of the shipped goods, sending it via the order. If the Customer requests the invoice issue, the information provided by the Customer in the registration form will be authenticated, with particular reference to the Fiscal Code, Company Name and VAT Number fields. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same, which will occur after the Customer has made the payment of the full amount provided. The accompanying invoice will be placed in a sealed envelope and sent together with the goods in the appropriate space reserved for transport documents.
Reserve of ownership
ALXYON srl reserves the ownership of the goods supplied until the Customer has fulfilled all obligations towards him and in particular until full payment of the price. This reserve of ownership does not impede the transfer of risks which will in any case be borne by the Customer from the date on which the ordered products have left the ALXYON warehouses in accordance with the provisions of the "Shipping and delivery of products" section.
Return of a product
A product can be made for:
- Warranty All goods sold on the Site are guaranteed by the supplier companies with effect from the date of purchase. The warranty period is valid for a minimum of 24 months for the consumer (an individual who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by requesting an invoice specifying a reference of VAT in the order form); 12 months for purchases made by companies. To use it, the Customer must strictly keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the transport document received upon delivery of the goods.
Repair interventions during the warranty period are guaranteed through the service centers authorized by the individual manufacturers. The transport costs related to the sending in repair and return of the repaired product are charged to the customer, unless otherwise specified in the warranty policies of the specific manufacturer (many manufacturers make at their own expense the return of the product under warranty). If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the original problem does not turn out to be a defect of non-conformity covered by warranty, the Customer will be charged for the costs of testing, verification and restoration eventually provided by the Assistance Center. The replacement of the product in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) will be implemented only if expressly provided by the specific manufacturer. The timing of replacement or possible repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to return to the Customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), ALXYON will proceed to replace it with a product of equal or higher characteristics.
In all cases, the goods to be repaired or replaced must be returned by the Customer, at his expense, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (original packaging, documentation and accessory equipment), and affixing the label provided by ALXYON, in which the number of RE (return authorization code) is specified.
- Product not in conformity with the purchased one
It is possible to return a product for manufacturing defects, because it is not working, because damaged or for sending a wrong product, within the mandatory deadline of 7 days from delivery.

General rules for the return of a product

Application of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 49 D.Lgs 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, if the customer is a consumer (a physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by requesting an invoice specifying a reference of VAT number in the order form), can exercise the right of withdrawal, for any reason and without need to provide explanations. Except for the exclusions listed below, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased, by written notice sent by registered letter with return receipt, which shows the intention to withdraw from the contract. This communication can also be sent within the same term of 10 days, by e-mail to email@example.com provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, the Customer Assistance service of the Site will promptly inform the Customer of all instructions for sending the "return request" and the method of returning the goods, which must take place within the following 48 hours. , attaching the RE number (return authorization code).
The right of withdrawal meets the limits set by Decree Law 185/99, in particular it is subject to the following conditions:
- the purchased good must be intact, unused and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessory equipment), together with the number of RE;
- the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is charged to the customer and under his full responsibility. In case of damage to the goods during transport, ALXYON will inform the Customer of the event within 5 days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses, to allow him to promptly report a complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, and will simultaneously cancel the request for withdrawal. ALXYON is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, ALXYON will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not higher than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the expenses necessary for the restoration;
- if ALXYON has collected the price of the product from which it recedes, it will refund the customer the relative amount (minus any sums for the recovery of the package), by bank transfer, within 30 days from the date of reporting of withdrawal through recommended and not before receiving the product. The Customer shall promptly provide the bank details (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the order holder) on which to receive the bank transfer.
If you wish to withdraw from the purchase of one or more products that have actively contributed to reaching the useful threshold for the "Free Shipping" formula, the costs incurred by ALXYON for the delivery will be deducted from the amount of the refund (or discount coupon) of the goods originally not debited to the customer.
ALXYON is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Site, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, or for the correspondence of the goods to the published specifications on the site, or for any other fact not directly attributable to ALXYON.
